We stand behind BioDent 100%.

If you're not satisfied with your purchase 
for any reason, you may request a return 
and refund within 60 days of delivery.

Requests made after the 60-day window 
cannot be approved.


How to Request a Return

To start a return, contact us within 60 
days of delivery through one of the 
following channels:

Please note: We do not process return 
requests by phone or voicemail.


Return Requirements

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be UNOPENED

  • The seal must remain completely intact

  • Customers are responsible for return 
      shipping costs

Our support team will provide the correct 
return address. Packages sent to an 
incorrect address cannot be refunded.


Refund Processing

Once your return arrives at our warehouse:

  • Refunds are processed within 1–2 
      business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original 
      payment method

Depending on your bank, refunds may take 
up to 10 business days to appear.

Trying BioDent for the first time through 
a subscription order?

If it's not the right fit, we will refund 
one (1) opened unit from your first 
subscription order — no questions asked.

Conditions:

  • You must contact us within 60 days 
      of delivery

  • Applies only to the first subscription 
      order

  • Does not apply to one-time purchases


Undelivered or Returned Packages

If your shipment is returned to us as 
undelivered, you may choose:

  • A full refund for the products ordered or

  • A free reshipment of your order at no 
      additional cost


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please 
contact us immediately.

We will:

  • Provide free return shipping

  • Offer either a full refund or a 
      free replacement


Refused Packages

We recommend accepting your package and 
contacting us to arrange a proper return.

If a package is refused for reasons other 
than visible damage:

  • Refunds will only be issued after the 
      package returns to our warehouse

Please note: Refused shipments can 
sometimes be lost in transit, and we 
cannot issue refunds for packages that 
do not return to us.


Duplicate Orders

Creno Paws is not responsible for 
duplicate orders placed by the customer.
