Creno Paws — Cancellation Policy
Cancel anytime. If you’re enrolled in a Creno Paws subscription, you may cancel at any time. To avoid being charged for your next shipment, you must cancel at least twenty-four (24) hours before your next order is processed.

We’ll send a confirmation email once your cancellation is processed. If you don’t receive confirmation, please contact us to ensure your request was received.
Timing matters

Requests received after your next order has begun processing may apply to the following cycle. Orders already processing or shipped can’t be canceled (see Returns/Refunds policy for options).
Skip, pause, or change frequency

You may skip an upcoming shipment, pause your subscription, or change your delivery cadence (e.g., 30/60/90 days) through your portal or by contacting support—just make changes 24+ hours before the next processing date.
Payment updates

We may use an account updater from your card issuer. If a payment fails, we may contact you for alternate payment. Unpaid accounts may be sent to collections per our Terms.
One-time purchases

One-time orders aren’t subscriptions and can’t be “canceled,” but you may request changes before fulfillment; once shipped, please refer to our Refunds & Returns policy.
Love-It Guarantee

First-subscription orders remain eligible for the 30-day Money-Back Guarantee as described in our Refunds & Returns policy.
